This article describes what you can do when the camera time is not right.

  • The time of the camera is tied to the location of the camera. Check that the camera is set to the correct geolocation.
    1. Open the   'HomeWizard Cameras'-app.
    2. Press 'Menu' at the top right of the camera window.
    3. Press 'General' in the menu of the camera
      • Check at 'Camera location' whether the home location where the camera is located is correct.
  • If the set location is incorrect add a new location. You may have to restart the camera before the new time is set. 
    • Restart by using  the app.
      1. Open the   'HomeWizard Cameras' -app.
      2. Press 'Menu' at the top right of the camera window.
      3. Press 'General' in the menu of the camera
        • Press 'Reboot' to restart the camera.
          • Restarting the camera may take a few minutes.
    • You can restart by removing the adapter from the camera from the wall socket. Wait 10 seconds and then place the adapter back into the wall socket. Check whether the camera makes a clicking sound within a minute. This indicates that the camera is starting up.
