• Check that Notifications for your device is Enabled.
    1. Open the 'HomeWizard cameras' -app
    2. In list view, go to the 'User Settings' in the top right corner.
    3. Select 'Notifications' 
    4. Check that notification is 'Enable'.
      • if it is set to Disabled you have to turn on the settings of your phone for the HomeWizard cameras app.
  • Check whether the specific notification you want to receive is on, if it was already on, switch it off temporarily and then on again to register again.
    • check notification at Motion Detection
      1. Open the   'HomeWizard camera' app.
      2. Press 'Menu' at the top right of the window of the camera.
      3. In the menu of the camera, press 'Motion detection' .
    • Check notification in Privacy mode (only for model C735IP)
      1. Open the   'HomeWizard camera' app.
      2. Press  'Menu' at the top right of the widows of the camera.
      3. In the menu of the camera, press 'Privacy mode'
        • Check under 'Privacy mode notifications'. or notifications well on.


Pay attention:

You receive a maximum of one detection notification per 10 minutes.
