- Check that Notifications for your device is Enabled.
- Open the
'HomeWizard cameras' -app
- In list view, go to the
'User Settings' in the top right corner.
- Select
'Notifications'
- Check that notification is 'Enable'.
- if it is set to Disabled you have to turn on the settings of your phone for the HomeWizard cameras app.
- Open the
- Check whether the specific notification you want to receive is on, if it was already on, switch it off temporarily and then on again to register again.
- check notification at Motion Detection
- Open the
'HomeWizard camera' app.
- Press
'Menu' at the top right of the window of the camera.
- In the menu of the camera, press
'Motion detection' .
- You enter the 'Motion Detection Notifications'.
- Your detection may not work properly. Then consult the article; if your motion detection does not work
- Open the
- Check notification in Privacy mode (only for model C735IP)
- Open the
'HomeWizard camera' app.
- Press
'Menu' at the top right of the widows of the camera.
- In the menu of the camera, press
'Privacy mode'
- Check under 'Privacy mode notifications'. or notifications well on.
- Open the
- check notification at Motion Detection
Pay attention:
You receive a maximum of one detection notification per 10 minutes.
